Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen
- Adhere to sanitation and safety protocols (OSHA standards)
- Operate industrial equipment (floor buffers, extractors)
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally
- Complete detailed inspection checklists
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid work authorization in the US
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/nights required)
- Basic English communication skills
- Clean background check/drug screen
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly
