Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed industry standards
- Manage inventory of linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies while maintaining par levels
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmentally sustainable practices
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless room turnover between shifts
- Deliver personalized guest services through proactive attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
