Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk and throughout common areas
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance departments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby/reception areas
- Assist with event setup and guest amenities as needed
- Follow all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required - we train everyone!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
