Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to meet our high standards of excellence.
- Amenities: Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and towels to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Public Areas: Maintain the cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, and common areas.
- Inspection: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all rooms are ready for check-in and identify any maintenance issues.
- Laundry: Sort, wash, and fold linens and guest laundry as required.
- Reporting: Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Hygiene: Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid ID: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
