Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Make and make beds with precision, ensuring all linens are crisp and ironed.
- Restock amenities and supplies to ensure guest rooms are fully equipped.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Engineering department immediately.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures regarding uniform and conduct.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining a high level of energy.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow specific checklists.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
