Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to ensure a fully stocked environment.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures, etc.) and report them to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Maintain a safe and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding room service or facilities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Good physical stamina to lift, bend, and reach while performing cleaning tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
