Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all fixtures are dust-free and spotless.
- Restock guest rooms with amenities, toiletries, and towels to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the management team immediately.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures while using cleaning equipment.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
