Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas (lobbies, corridors) to a high standard of hygiene and appearance.
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are stocked with requested items.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and report them to the engineering department promptly.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries regarding amenities or room services in a timely and professional manner.
- Sort and deliver laundry and housekeeping supplies to appropriate areas.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
