Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure bathrooms are spotless.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) in guest rooms.
- Remove trash and replace trash bags regularly.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Follow all safety and security procedures during cleaning tasks.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests and fellow employees.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
