Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping and laundry staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and suites to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and in working order.
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Address guest complaints or special requests regarding room cleanliness promptly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning products and submit purchase orders.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel management is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
