Responsibilities
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to maintain pristine conditions in guest rooms and common areas.
- Strip and make beds according to strict hotel standards, ensuring linens are crisp and beds are made to perfection.
- Sanitize and clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers, ensuring safety and hygiene protocols are met.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper in all guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the Housekeeping Manager promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience is necessary; we are willing to train enthusiastic individuals.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
