Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards of quality.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure bathrooms are spotless and sanitized.
- Empty trash bins, replace liners, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest rooms.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean windowsills and mirrors.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly.
- Interact politely and professionally with guests and fellow staff members.
Qualifications
- No experience required—We welcome applicants looking to start a career in hospitality.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as scheduled.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Basic English communication skills.
