As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the elegance and comfort of our guest rooms and public spaces. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your attention to detail will make a lasting impression on our guests.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established brand standards.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are stocked and organized in guest rooms.
- Make beds, dust, vacuum, and polish furniture to perfection.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning instructions.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and health department regulations.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
