Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are stocked and organized.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including proper chemical handling and sanitation protocols.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information and room status.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Assist in the movement of furniture and equipment as needed for deep cleaning projects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
