Responsibilities
- Clean & Sanitize: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, hallways, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Bed Making: Strip and remake beds using professional techniques and replace linens.
- Amenities: Restock mini-fridges, coffee makers, and bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to guest standards.
- Safety & Security: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and report any maintenance issues or damages immediately.
- Organization: Maintain storage areas and carts in an organized and efficient manner.
- Guest Service: Ensure the property is welcoming and comfortable for our guests, even during late-night hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and a commitment to high standards.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable, with a history of consistent attendance.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow instructions.
