Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in each room.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors ensuring a pristine environment.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in rooms and common areas.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 20-30 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
