Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to strict health and safety standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities to ensure a fresh and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
- Report maintenance issues, missing items, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in storage closets and linen rooms.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly after use.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- Valid state ID and ability to pass a background check.
