Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are fresh, wrinkle-free, and tucked properly.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop all surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, and coffee supplies.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the engineering or management team immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 20 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
