Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) are fully stocked.
- Dust, polish, and vacuum furniture, fixtures, and surfaces throughout the property.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken equipment to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and staff.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hotel hospitality is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and bending, reaching, and stooping as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
