Your Role

Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, towels, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and report them promptly to the supervisor.
- Manage linens and laundry duties, including sorting, washing, and ironing according to protocols.
- Follow strict health and safety regulations and company policies regarding chemical usage and cleaning agents.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff by maintaining a positive and welcoming demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication skills.
