Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Manage the P&L, ensuring financial targets, budgets, and revenue goals are met.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that encourages staff retention and professional growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community leaders and corporate partners.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and security across the property.
- Lead the marketing and sales strategy to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality software and property management systems (PMS).
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and drive revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Relevant hospitality certification (e.g., CHIA) is a plus.
