Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, and restock amenities in guest rooms and corridors.
- Maintain floor care, including mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a pristine environment.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored safely according to regulations.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Interact professionally with guests and fellow team members to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic English language skills for communication and safety instructions.
