Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure bathrooms are spotless and sanitized.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, soaps, and cleaning supplies in guest rooms.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items and report them promptly to management.
- Organize and manage storage areas, linen closets, and utility rooms efficiently.
- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Provide discreet, friendly service to guests and maintain a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to work is required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for logging tasks are a plus.
