Responsibilities
- Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas according to established health and safety standards.
- Guest Experience: Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues, maintenance requests, or safety hazards to the Front Desk or Engineering Department immediately.
- Inventory: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and uniform standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: High level of detail orientation to ensure every corner is clean and welcoming.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
- Availability: Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
