Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure all amenities (towels, toiletries, linens) are stocked and presentable.
- Restock housekeeping carts and manage inventory efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries and requests.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols and company policies.
- Organize closets and storage areas to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure rooms are cleaned within service standards.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
