Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure strict adherence to brand standards.
- Train, coach, and mentor Housekeeping Attendants to maintain high productivity and quality.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special requests to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and coordinate with other departments (e.g., Front Desk, Maintenance) to resolve operational issues.
- Enforce all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in compliance with local Georgia and North Carolina laws.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; hospitality management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in housekeeping operations, including supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of personal grooming.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
