Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a seamless check-in process.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor hotel security systems and perform regular rounds to ensure guest and property safety.
- Process payments accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle key management and room assignments efficiently during peak check-in times.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
