Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts using PMS systems
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local tourism ambassador for Phoenix attractions
- Maintain secure guest data confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- 1+ years hotel front desk or guest services experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
