Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to meet strict hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked and organized.
- Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory in housekeeping closets.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hallways, laundry facilities, and storage spaces.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items immediately to management.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial work is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform repetitive motions.
