Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls professionally, manage the switchboard, and relay messages promptly.
- Front Office Support: Process payments, handle reservations, and manage correspondence including mail and faxes.
- Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times while adhering to hotel uniform standards.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and concerns immediately, escalating complex issues to the manager when necessary.
- General Support: Assist with lobby maintenance, coordinate with housekeeping, and support other departments as needed.
Qualifications

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
