Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage phone inquiries and reservations with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk, concierge, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency with computer systems, specifically Property Management Software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak check-in times.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are recommended.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
