Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Restock amenities and ensure all room standards exceed brand expectations
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering team promptly
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen with precision
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with front desk and other departments for seamless service
- Train new staff on cleaning procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic English fluency required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
