Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest suites.
- Empty trash cans and ensure waste disposal is handled properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure the safety of guests and staff at all times.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4-8 hours).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills.
