Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or maintenance)
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas according to hotel standards
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve guest issues promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Complete shift reports and handover documentation accurately
- Support deep cleaning and room preparation during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Basic knowledge of hospitality operations preferred
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
