Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using property management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with precision
- Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments, manage cash handling procedures, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for guest requests
- Perform daily audits of front desk operations and financial transactions
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a polished, professional appearance
- Assist with concierge services and local area recommendations
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in hotel front desk or customer service role
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
- Flexible availability to cover morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for cash handling and financial reporting
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
