Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to meet our high cleanliness standards.
- Linens & Amenities: Strip and make beds with precision, change linens, and restock toiletries and amenities.
- Deep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture.
- Inventory: Monitor and report on room supply levels (soap, towels, etc.) to ensure readiness.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Guest Interaction: Interact professionally with guests, answering questions and addressing concerns with a smile.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not always required for the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and a commitment to quality.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable work history.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
