Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and properly arranged.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering or management team immediately.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations regarding cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs safely.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
