Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute nightly deep cleaning protocols for guest rooms and common areas
- Train and mentor 5-7 night shift housekeeping staff on quality standards
- Manage inventory control for cleaning supplies and amenities
- Coordinate with security and engineering teams for overnight maintenance requests
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Handle guest service requests during overnight hours
- Generate daily occupancy reports and staffing schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hospitality housekeeping experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean record (for supply runs)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., OPERA)
- Certification in bloodborne pathogens and chemical safety
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
