Responsibilities
- Perform General Cleaning: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Bathroom Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, restock toiletries, and ensure fixtures are sparkling.
- Laundry Management: Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels according to strict quality standards.
- Restock Supplies: Monitor inventory levels of cleaning chemicals and amenities, and restock rooms as needed.
- Report Maintenance Issues: Identify and report any damaged furniture, plumbing, or electrical issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all health and safety protocols and use cleaning equipment safely.
Qualifications
- Reliable Attendance: Must be punctual and committed to a consistent work schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to spot dust, dirt, and maintenance needs.
- Communication Skills: Ability to follow verbal instructions clearly and interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Pass a standard background check.
