Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas to exceed brand standards
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including carpet care and upholstery maintenance
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues

- Collaborate with front desk team for room turnover coordination

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Proof of legal work authorization
