Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas exceeding industry standards
- Efficiently restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly organized
- Execute deep cleaning protocols for carpets, upholstery, and high-touch surfaces
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Report maintenance issues and inventory discrepancies to management
- Complete room turnover within 30-minute target times during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Texas roles require)
- Strong attention to detail with visual inspection skills
- Proficiency in using industrial cleaning equipment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency (Spanish speakers preferred)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
