Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including bathrooms, living areas, and sleeping quarters.
- Sanitization: Disinfect high-touch surfaces and ensure all cleaning agents are used safely and effectively.
- Restocking: Maintain inventory of amenities such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Organization: Ensure all linens are folded and stored correctly and that the housekeeping cart is organized.
- Standards Compliance: Adhere strictly to company cleanliness standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30+ pounds for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not always required for immediate hire.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly and communicate with the team effectively.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
