Responsibilities
- Cleaning Excellence: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms to ensure a pristine environment according to company standards.
- Bed Making: Ensure all beds are made with hospital corners and linens are fresh, crisp, and neatly arranged.
- Restocking: Monitor and replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
- Sanitation: Adhere to strict health and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a sanitary facility.
- Inspection: Conduct routine inspections to identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time to complete assigned cleaning tasks within the designated shift window.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in a shift-based work environment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
