Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) and ensure rooms are fully equipped for guest comfort.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost and found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Properly handle and sort laundry and linens according to company procedures.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies while maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs on a repetitive basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
