Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to meet luxury standards.
- Ensure all amenities are stocked and rooms are aesthetically pleasing.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and a smile.
- Manage linens and laundry duties efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and availability for rotating shifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
