Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds, replace linens, dust furniture, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked.
- Restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and mini-bar items in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or leaks, to the engineering department immediately.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health code regulations strictly.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor when interacting with guests or fellow staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; a willingness to learn is key.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation and a clean background check are required.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure rooms are turned over efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
