Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure all amenities are stocked and rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the management team.
- Follow all established cleaning procedures and health and safety protocols.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions with guests.
- Organize linen closets and storage areas efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required for qualified applicants.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation is required.
