Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitary condition of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Strip beds and make them according to strict hotel standards and amenities.
- Stock amenities in guest rooms and replenish supplies to maintain high standards.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Follow all brand standards, safety protocols, and cleaning procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 30 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented demeanor.
