Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, answering inquiries about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and public areas.
- Assist guests with requests, such as room service, luggage storage, and transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
