Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard of hygiene and appearance.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are restocked.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and wipe down surfaces throughout the hotel.
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Ensure the safety and security of guest areas by following hotel protocols.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations regarding chemical handling and cleaning products.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Great attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
